New technologies are changing the way recruitment and talent management are conducted, and are also redefining the role of career advisors, coaches, and mentors. During the webinar &#8216;Will AI replace career advisors? Digital platforms can analyze users\u2019 profiles, predispositions, and skills. As a result, users gain access to personalized career recommendations, labor market analyses, and automated help in preparing application documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are building a digital co-pilot, ZOE \u2013 a companion supporting women\u2019s career development at every stage. This platform, based on artificial intelligence and a large community, is designed to help users receive personalized support and recommendations tailored to their unique predispositions and career goals,\u201d says Agnieszka Czmyr-Kaczanowska. AI usage also allows for the development of tools grounded in the experience of a large group of users and specialists, improving their efficiency and accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automating tasks \u2013 more time for quality help<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>AI can automate repetitive tasks, significantly streamlining the work of career advisors. \u2018AI gives advisors the opportunity to automate repetitive, time-consuming tasks such as CV analysis or initial candidate screening in recruitment,\u2019 explains Anna Rutkowska. This enables experts to provide higher-quality, more in-depth assistance to clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faster identification of development paths<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Analyzing users\u2019 predispositions and competencies allows advisors to more quickly identify the most suitable development paths. \u201cCareer advisors can more rapidly and accurately help clients find their way, suggesting professions or development directions based on specific predispositions,\u201d emphasizes Anna Rutkowska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The webinar also addressed the role of the career advisor in contrast to other supportive roles like coaches or mentors.
