Employers will have to publish salary ranges in job advertisements and provide candidates and employees with information on average salaries for similar positions, broken down by gender. What is more, companies employing more than 100\u2013150 people will be required to report the pay gap and take corrective action if it exceeds 5%. The confidentiality clause regarding remuneration is being abolished \u2013 employees can freely discuss their earnings without fear of consequences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Best practice: how are companies implementing pay transparency?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>More and more companies in Poland and Europe are deciding to implement transparent remuneration systems even before the new regulations come into force. One example is Traffit, which has developed a detailed financial model for each role, defining 24 pay levels and clear criteria for promotion. All employees have access to career paths and financial opportunities, which eliminates guesswork and builds trust. Similar solutions have been implemented by Bluerank, which has created a fair working environment and distinguished itself in the employer market thanks to its salary transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Experts emphasise that salary transparency is not only a legal requirement, but above all an element of modern organisational culture. Companies that openly communicate their remuneration policies find it easier to attract talent and build team loyalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benefits of salary transparency for women<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Equal opportunities:<\/strong> Salary transparency allows women to compare their earnings with those of men in the same positions and effectively combat pay discrimination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Greater trust and motivation:<\/strong> Female employees feel valued and confident that they are being paid fairly, which translates into their commitment and loyalty to their employer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Better negotiation conditions:<\/strong> Access to information on salary ranges and average salaries strengthens women&#8217;s bargaining position during job interviews and salary negotiations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reduction of the pay gap:<\/strong> Companies are required to analyse pay differences and take corrective action, which promotes equal opportunities for women and men.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Salary transparency is not just a trend, but above all a tool for combating pay inequality and supporting women&#8217;s professional development. The new regulations that will soon come into force open a new chapter in the labour market \u2013 one full of equality, trust and opportunities.
