What area can I explore? What is this test about?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The test examines the presence of 34 talents, i.e. natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour that predispose you to achieve in specific areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can choose one of three tests available online:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Top 5 CliftonStrengths \u2013 Identification of the five strongest talents<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. CliftonStrengths 34 \u2013 Identification of the full sequence of 34 talents<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. CliftonStrengths 34 Upgrade \u2013 Extension of basic results<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each of us has 5 dominant talents that remain with us throughout our lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where can I take this test?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the official Gallup website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember to select your native language for the test \u2013 otherwise you will receive the test in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How much does the test cost?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The price of the basic 5 Strengths test is approximately \u00a318.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also take the Gallup test for a fee with one of the certified strengths coaches. You will be able to take advantage of professional help in interpreting your results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What should I keep in mind<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set aside about 40 minutes \u2013 you only have 20 seconds for each question!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Gallup test will not tell you what profession you should work in. The test will indicate your strengths, but remember that many strengths can be used in different professions and you can be just as good a doctor as a teacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What next with the results?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The important thing is \u2018what next?\u2019 after receiving the test results, i.e. a thorough analysis of the information you have received about yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It examines Thinking Style and Action Style, which indicate what comes most naturally to you and how you can most effectively use these predispositions in your work and everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The individual report discusses, among other things, the role in which you perform best and from which you derive the greatest satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
