Domain specialization, i.e., knowledge in a specific field, is obviously the basis for becoming a specialist. When entering a managerial role, our involvement should move away from domain specialization and toward management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the role of a manager, it becomes very important to focus on business results and understand how the work of an individual employee or an entire team affects customer value and the overall success of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is worth noting that in addition to technical and business skills, employers increasingly value soft skills. Team management, problem solving, and the ability to express one’s own needs and expectations are key elements that determine the success of a female manager in IT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
