How does Zoe™ work?
ZOE will start with a few questions about your individual career path, as it will review your profile with us in a matter of seconds. That is why it is so important to fill it out carefully, providing as much information about yourself as possible. In the next step, it will probably ask you to clarify some of the entries and provide more detailed answers. You can then return to your career path and make changes. You can also ask her questions at any time. What kind of questions, for example?

Returning to the study conducted by McKinsey analysts, but also other teams researching the future of the labour market in relation to the development of artificial intelligence. It is estimated that lower-income workers will be forced to look for new jobs 14 times more likely than workers in higher-paying positions. Crucially, they will have to be open to learning new skills quickly.
And why are women even more vulnerable? Women make up the vast majority of employees in areas such as customer service and simple office tasks. These are among the areas that are most likely to be automated first, and the need for human presence will be significantly reduced or completely eliminated.
