Talent development at Unit4
Unit4 offers a wide range of projects to support people in their current role and enable opportunities for career growth. They have transformational enablement programs, product and solution training, and global development programs that are applicable to all people.
There are three focus areas for Unit4’s Global Talent Development team: onboarding, leadership, and personal growth. Additionally, they offer two mentorship programs to facilitate inclusion and equity through mutually beneficial relationships centered around core values. The Women@Unit4 mentoring program focuses on supporting Women. While the Unit4 Leadership Mentoring program is open to all employees. It is aimed at nurturing and developing the leadership potential/skills of individuals at various stages of their careers.
Their mentoring aims to empower and accelerate professional growth by expanding participants’ perspectives, insights, and skills. Mentors and mentees learn from one another and develop the leadership and expertise needed to be successful in their careers.
Diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I)

DE&I is an essential part of Unit4’s culture and strategy and is part of everyday work – it guarantees that all people are engaged and valued, and it reinforces their ability to build future-proof technology that works for all customers.
Unit4 established three DE&I pillars that guide them through everyday practices:

Unit4 is committed to monitoring gender pay gaps, striving to be an employer of choice, and ensuring all people feel a sense of belonging and value, so people can grow with the company.
In accordance with Unit4’s DE&I strategy, five Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) were established, that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace for underrepresented communities, aligned with their mission, values, and practices. They are employee-led, and each group has its own identity, mission statement, objectives, and roadmap. The ERGs are open to all employees, who can participate whether they share characteristics with the focus of the ERG or are an ally. The ERGs at Unit4 are:
